WELCOME TO HERITAGE ELEMENTARY!
 
We are excited to welcome your family to Heritage Elementary.  Please take a minute to check your address with the district boundary map to insure you are at the right school.  Once your address has been verified we can start the registration process. You will need the following documents to complete your registration:
 

    Original birth certificate
    Original immunization records: English or Spanish
    Guardian photo I.D. (Drivers License)
    Two proofs of residency (Such as a copy of a utility bill or mortgage)

 
The following forms must be completed in order to register your child in grades K-6.  You are welcome to print them and fill them out before coming to the office.  If not, we will have them available for you.
